She had Adam and the guys over within hours to look at what could be done to fix our heating. Adam, is a walking encyclopaedia of plumbing and is very knowledgeable about all other trades too, was happy to share contacts and recommendations. The team installed a new thermal heat store in our house which is now connected to our woodburner. After 10 years we now have safe and reliable heating again, what’s important is that Adam is responsive, reliable and friendly and I know I can rely on him to look after us in future. The team installed our new central heating system quickly, kept everything tidy, and explained how it all works. I own a Guest house and called Heat 24 as my boiler broke down as it was at the end of its life. They came out late at night on a friday to access the situation. Monday morning they had the new boiler picked up and had it fitted by 5pm. They are an incredible team and an absolute joy to have around too. I would strongly recommend Heat 24 to anyone needing an efficient system with a very reliable follow up service.
