We also work with landlords and letting agents who are required by law to have a Gas Safety Certificate (or CP12) for gas appliances in their rental properties. This certificate has to be renewed every year, or whenever there is a change in tenancy, after prescribed checks and an inspection carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
If a Gas Safety Check reveals any problems, our efficient engineers can usually make repairs straight away, or schedule remedial work to ensure the property is safe.
We are qualified and competent to undertake annual safety inspections of unvented hot water cylinders, to ensure the controls, valves and safety devices on these pressurised appliances are functioning correctly, and are available 24/7 for emergency call-outs.
